All products are sent directly from the manufacturer, and shipping times may vary. Our products will be shipped within 3-5 business days. When ordering, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can know the exact date of your delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are returnable. Please contact Happy Pet Travel and we will assist you with making the return. The Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
